Dar Gova Mine Part 1 Report

General Summary

The party made their way to the Dar Gova mine in order to find Torsten's clan and  ask them for help paying his fine. While setting up camp during the journey, Silas spotted a dark figure that appeared to be following them at a distance, his body seeming not to move with the wind.    That night, the party was attacked by swarms of rats that seemed to be able to affect their mines. The rats were not being affected by magic, and did not appear to be under the control of any other creature.    When they reach the mine the next day, the party finds it no activity and no one at the entrance. Making their way inside, they find a murder hole in the main hall, and what appears to be the body of dwarf within.    Passing into the room beyond, the characters find a single journal written in Common. The final several entries report that a new tunnel has been opened and that several of the dwarves have been suffering from severe headaches and other maladies.    While attempting to leave the room, the party was attacked by a Cloaker.
