General Summary

The characters encounter some blackout situations with pretty serious consequences when Sean's face ends up all over the news for inciting a riot, thanks to Zaldar's stream. Thankfully, Nekro managed to forestall some of the more dire legal ramifications, but each character is facing a mounting Weird.
