Y4 D45 - 47 Report

General Summary

On day 46 of year 4, Conord the Smith was elected first mayor of Sage's Hollow. He sprung into work quickly by beginning to erect a town hall with the help of Alger. He also organized a city council, comprised of half the citizens in town, to discuss town matters before making decisions. Around that time, Alger was also visited by Sloan the Beauty, another noble from Halaorn who stated her purpose was to check on the progress Sage's Hollow made on raising the tax levied by Prince Olanak the Sly. Alger didn't know much about the tax, but was quick to sell what he could to raise some money, even an intentionally misleading map to Sloan herself. During this time, Merios, Titus, Tanaros and Hallus all stayed at the Shady Tavern, absorbing all the knowledge they could from his small library. Though he had but a few books, it was like a palace library to the eager readers from Sage's Hollow.
