General Summary
Eversong is eating a mushroom scramble breakfast as she reads Necrome's book, using the support of a magical artifact which psychically reads the words on the page to her. She heads to The Falcon's Forge to find Issac and asks him to make her a war glaive. They head to The Velvet Petal for a fancy breakfast. Issac shares his mother is a Lunari (Moon Elf). They agree Issac will make her a war glaive our of her current sword. They loop Xerrakir for help. Issac pays Kerrakir a gold for his time away from the main work. Kes accidentally casts Silence on a porch full of people, causing Madam Waterfall to be cranky with them. Kes runs into August asking Madam Waterfall about a place he can find some less than reputable items. She directs him to Rose, Kes showing the way. After being tempted by some mahogany ones, he settles for common thieves' tools. Kes acquires a ring from Rose to settle the Madam. August asks if Rose can appraise something of high value, but she expresses he would have better luck in Axehill, the Dwarven City to the north. Kes shares their grandmother is a dwarf. The two head to the marketplace so August can play some music for coin. They run into Eversong who is conducting tarot readings. August's Tarot Reading: August's favorite color: light blue, yellow, purple. (Born the 20th of Necrotic.) The moon. You are unsure where you are going. Anxiety. Caution. The last card on the deck was the fool. August and Eversong have a conversation about the gods. Atiel Aeroogamae is very interested in this conversation. Adria spends the morning searching for Elluin Hayward, eventually finding them. They talk about Vaylan, Adria's twin brother. He was in Quickwater recently but left because they had a fight. They shift and run for a while. Tear reassures Kater she saw what she saw, and that Ralph was gaslighting her. She is sad at who Ralph ended up being. She asks Tear if he can't speak or if he just chooses not to. He tells her that he's honestly not certain if he can physically speak or not, but he prefers not to. Tear goes back to Ralph's house and pockets books on necromancy, spell components, and paper and ink. He also finds Ralph's spell book and takes it. Issac and Xerrakir finished up Eversong's one war glaive. Issac embedded a ruin in it. It retained the moon magic spell.
