Session 34: Yira versus Rayla

General Summary

The party approached Yira Inkstep‘s hut, finding unsettling evidence that Yira had entrapt other fey to be her servants. Deciding that the situation could be better solved by her alone, Rayla Moonshadow advanced into Yira’s hut alone.

The two spoke alone, unable to come to solution. Rayla revealed that she would want to reactivate the Fey Gate, but not under Yira’s terms. A fight ensued. During the fight, the pary was able to liberate Avex Steelhoof from her mind control and defeat Yira, reducing her to her primordial slime form.

Rayla returned to the Fey Wardens with Yira (now in slime form). While Rayla debated with Darla Daleclover about what to do, Kthh Lthhk aborbed Yira, providing her safety within himself for the time being.

Still questions lingered about what to do next, and with the shadows presented by Yira’s lair lifted, Naltyr was able to see into Hollow more clearly. She notified Dac Earreac that the seed of the first oak had been here in Hollow at some point. She begged Dac to find it.
