Session 1: Secrets of the Sand Report

General Summary

Last we left off, the Funguise found themselves in the breach of the Feywild and were immediately surrounded by a deep laugh. Upon investigation, they found a young girl named Yaci with a giant troll with the end of a war hammer sticking out of the top of his head decorated with flowers to resemble a hat named Hoodah. The troll seemed protective of the girl and she explained that she escaped the "mean pointy-eared people" and ran into Hoodah and befriended him. They were then led to a makeshift elevator made from an old cart and a pully system made from vines where they were lifted up onto the bridge. Yaci turned and headed toward Virifell while the rest of the group began their trek toward Khatharbund. On the way, an old halfling woman picked them up to see her daughter there and gave them a ride. Arriving at Khatharbund, they found a number of refugees camping outside of the town trying to get in with multiple war forged stopping them and asking for names and business in the city. The group moved towards the blue flask to rest for the night where they were kicked out the following day. Traveling to the open market, they found themselves meeting the original goblin vendor that was there before selling a junk golem who had a few bugs in potion bottles and a rat cart. The group moved through the town running errands and trying to figure out their next move before attending the local brothel. After a night of pain for some and passion for others, Shrumbo druid crafted the cart to be covered. Being removed that morning for clean up, the group exited and found themselves at the cart where a war-forged captain requested them to walk with him to answer a few questions. Complying, the group moved through the city early in the morning where out of nowhere Abnor was attacked by a snake-like war-forged assassin. A small battle ensued with the assassin telling Warden to attack; however, the group dispatched the captain and the assassin leaving two other war forged stunned and unable to really recall why they jumped into the fight and attempted to attack the group. Abnor requested the mayor to be brought and she came and trying to figure out what was going on this early in the morning she found herself overwhelmed. She stated that she would put the group up in the blue flask for a couple of days until lord Grangerford arrived in town to help with this decision. The group was then prepped and escorted toward the blue flask. Funguise, what do you do next?
