Session II: Emergence Report

General Summary

The party awakens with their new items and abilities and find their way out of the strange temple into a mushroom forest with no idea where home is. There they met a Mind flayer calling himself Luusagador that expressed surprise upon seeing goblins again after so long. He questioned them about their origin and how they came to this shroom forest before pointing them in the general direction of the still forest relative to the surface and a Myconid village that they could gather supplies from. He also told them where his home is if they wanted work of any kind, his home being the mouth of the river that flows through the Shroom forest. They parted ways after that; the party heading towards the village and Luusagador heading in the direction the party entered from.   The party arrived at the village where they gathered some supplies from the friendly Myconids along with some direction and a shroom trip the party set off into the darkness of the underground. Relying on a vague direction and mapping tools the party made their way through the caves relatively unscathed until they stumbled into the territory of a Bulette. The Bullet was quickly dispatched with some devastating blows but in a last act of defiance the Bulette threw itself at the party. Severely injuring a few members and crushing Rootworm to death.   The party chose to camp here for now, Nixie turing Rootworms corpse into a zombie and hoping that the Denmother can raise him. Raise dead has a limit of 10 days, surly the party can make it back before then right?
