A loner hermit on the Prison Island of Jord. He sticks more to the sparse woods and rough terrain than the settlements of other inmates who in turn dismiss him. He is quite knowledgeable of the makeshift politics and goings-on of the prisoners.
Cell Master Khulmas Brightsmelt
Stout and steadfast cell master of one of the Fortress dungeon blocks. He oversees the processing of new prisoners and directly commands the detachment of guards within the block.
