Session 29: Contract Negotiations Report

General Summary

Date: ???   Mat returns to his tent and sits in the chair in the center of the room. Lun appears in the chair across from him. Lun pushes out Mat and Perrin comes forward. Perrin asks if the Messenger, Zoe, was wrong. Lun says yes, but it is not her fault.    During the discussion Lun notes the things they want to be in the contract:

maintain control over the moon

continue co-working relationship with Water

end the persecution of sorcerers

remove demon title

have Ahovz admit the extents of her family

no longer hide the island Amor

a council of 6 delegates

If negotiations are needed, Lun is willing to:

give longer days

Marin returns to her tent and sits in the chair in the center of the room. Earth appears in the chair across from her. Earth apologizes for not being present as he had been concerned about her since her second death - he is glad Marcus is there for her.    During the discussion Earth notes the things he wants to be in the contract: 

maintain control over the ground

end the persecution of sorcerers

Paul to be recognized as a separate part of his being that has will and makes decisions 

add more height to his mountains

add 1% more landmass

Ahovz must move sun back to original place 

Erif must stay in his dimension

If negotiations are needed, Earth is willing to:

allow more rivers, lakes, and/or waterfalls

After the delegates meet with their deities, the night comes and goes and Mat fronts.    Mat tells the Messenger they were wrong, and she runs off distressed.    When the delegates get corralled to the table the Air Immortal explains how things will happen. Discussion will be free with no order, he will be writing everything down and note agreed upon decisions. After all topics have been exhausted the deities will be allowed to come and the new contract will be read to them. If everything goes well they will agree and bind the contract.    The group immediately makes a motion to have a representative of sorcerers be present, and they choose Beth to take that station.    And discussions began.    To be continued.
