Session 23 CSS Shenanigan's: The haunted Space Station. Report
General Summary
The crew of the Shenanigan's after some discussion continued to explore the ancient space station. The signal that was relaying the distress call was coming from the coms room while the weak life sign that the sensors were picking up was coming from the engineering section. Vlad has some of his repair bots scavenging the out side of the space station for any thing of value. Domic and Captain Denniston continue to watch the scanners and monitor comms for any thing that might come up. Jean Paul, Dr Cannon, Uz-Khoun, and captain Lucas. Captain Lucas has his concerns on what was on the ship. As they entered the common area of the space station they found a picture of the emperor of Sindal empire at the time this station was active under the empire. One thing that was noticed was the jewels, crowns, and scepter was being worn by King Oleb on Drinax. In this room captain Denniston started picking up another life form in the pressurized area of the station. Faint at first but picking up as time went on. More communications through comms system had Jean Paul order no communication to be done unless necessary. As the crew continued to work there way to the comms room and engineering the second life sign, that was identified by Morpheus as an alien lifeform, started to move to there location. Jean Paul came up with a plan to try and suck the alien out the air lock. if he entered in to the area. He had Domic disconnect the shenanigans from the air lock which sealed the air lock. Also unknown to Jean Paul is that the creature could move through the non pressurized area as they could. Jean Paul posted captain Lucan at the southern end of the station so if the alien form did enter that area he would have access to the creature. Jean Paul also has the three repair bots weld a door shut narrowing down the possibilities of where the creature could confront them if it was hostile. Jean Paul found the distress signal in the comms room wired to the satellite to boost the signal. The comms device came from a high tec vacc suite. Mean while Uz-Khoun went into the engineering room where he set up to attack the alien if it entered in there area. He also spotted a humanoid floating in a vacc suite in the se corner of the engineering section. Mean while as the alien moved closer to the location of the crew they could hear the sound of hatches opening as something was moving towards them. When it did reach the area the Large dog sized tarantula immediately when for the closet crew member captain Lucas. spewing a spray of acid at the human pray that hid behind a desk for cover missing the human. Captain Lucas and Uz-Khoun followed through with aimed shots from their weapons damaging the alien. Jean Paul using military hand signals was able to communicate with the weak humanoid getting him to float towards him to reveal a Vargr. The creature meanwhile continued to go after captain Lucas causing some damage to him but his suit was able to repair it self quickly to protect him form the breach of the suit. Jean Paul also instructed Domic to reconnect to the space station which did not do well causing massive damage to the station and the ship. Vlad suiting up in his vacc suite space walked out to fix the damage done to the shenanigans. Between captain Lucas and Uz-Khoun they were able to kill the creature get the Vargr on board safely. While Vlad continued to repair the ship and some food and water was given to Krrsh they crew learned that he was the captain of the scout ship Misery's company who was involved in the two attacks on Clarke and Torpol. He told them the name of the two other captains. Ferrik Redthane was formerly part of the pirate gang commanded by Admiral Darokyn, one of the pirate lords of Theev. His Lieutenant was a Miria Silverhand who he was sure was going to Theev to meet with rival gang members to get support for there cause. Krrsh offered some secret information to crew if they would hire him as a crew member or drop him off at safe place.
