Session 1: The Embers Light
A smog darkens the air and the smell of burned hair and wood smoke fills the nostrils. As the players descend the mountainside they can see far into the distance the still burning buildings within the lakeside town of Endrav. Carrion crows lazily hover in circles forming a cloud thick enough to block vision of the blue sky beyond them. Far into the distance a signaling trumpet calls out a melodious tone.
