Session 1: Assault in the City Streets Report

General Summary

A peaceful farmer's market is interrupted by the sounds of screaming and clashing of swords, where the newly met party members are inspired to join the town guards and help push the battle back.  All over the city orcs have assaulted, taking the city by surprise.     As the battle continues the city guard and the party get the upper hand, killing some and pushing the rest into retreat.  It isn't until the toll has been calculated that the party is told of the abduction of a group of children by the retreating horde.
