Kingpin
A blue dragonborn that is probably the closest to his more draconic bloodline. Cold, calculating and a man of few wonders. He currently dabbles in a widespread drug called demons blood. How it's made is a different story but is said to increase the strength of those that use it. In the underground city he owns which he calls Safira. Safira is a town made of many poor and forgotten people many of which are low class individuals, some are middle class. The secret of Safira that few know and is based on a set of knocking that is seldom shared on a set of secret doors in the city. The first thing everyone sees when coming into the city is the beautiful blue light that appears to shine everywhere throughout the town. The buildings and such are made from the carved up stone that is beneath the city. There is a smell to it due to the people that live there but the mansion in which Kingpin lives seems spotless, made of darkstone rather than carved from the underground stone.
