Session 13 Report

General Summary

Dates: 14/3 - 17/3, 1489   The party ventured to the Wet Trout where they met Scython, Velynne Harpell, and Nymetra Myskyn   They learned:

• the ferry has been abandoned.
• Dzaan killed those who knew his secrets, people he hired for a job
• Location of Thalin Breen's home
• Ahzek knew Velynne, he came here with her & other wizards including Dzaan
• Velynne is searching for the Codicil of White, she believes it is key to discovering Ythryn and to unlocking the mysteries of Auril. She needs time to complete her research
• Ahzek complained of some worries back home and told Velynne of his noble bearings but was not more specific than that.
• Pickpocketing is legal in Easthaven, owing to its roots as a refuge for thieves

They then spent the night at the wet trout, carousing. In the morning they travelled to Alia Breen 's home where they convinced her they were here to help. They told her the plan and she agreed to follow along. They also offered to take her son away from here so he may start a better life.   They then travelled to Dougan's Hole to search for Sepehk. Two days passed until they encountered him stumbling drunk into Dougan's hole in the night. Sepehk's network had believed they did what they claimed, so he approached and the party ambushed and killed him. Upon his death he revealed that he had been saved by Auril, and chosen to embody a spirit loyal to her. In his death throws he collapsed into an icy egg.
