Session LI: The Still Mirror

General Summary

Dorn

Dorn is in Pandemonium, in Pandesmos. After a while of wandering around, he was able to find path to Cocyntus. During his chaotic wandering through endless maze of madmen, the found Madhouse City. There he found Bleak Cabal and more of the weird inhabitants of the city. However, he went crazy here, which allowed him to adapt to the lifestyle and concepts in Pandemonium. He understood its concepts and ideals and was able to continue its path through Cocyntus to Howler's Crag. A high peak from which anyone can hear the madman screaming.

When he climbed to the Howler's Crag, he screamed to Talos, and the mighty Storm Lord appeared, listening to Dorn's plea. After short talk with Dorn, he wanted to test his resolve and feel for destruction and allowed him to destroy Zira, to persuade Talos of his intentions and love for destruction. So Dorn did, Dorn ruined the city of Zira and return to Talos.

Talos' exarch, Khan Yamun took over Dorn's teaching. He spent three years with Dorn, teaching him the ways of the Storm Lord. Dorn chose the path of the Apocalypse as his way of the Storm Lord.

After all these years, Dorn was someone completely different. His mind was lost in the depths of Pandemonium. During his years in Towers of Ruin, Dorn became older in mind and in body, even though he did not know how long he spent in the Plane of Madmen, it was too long to preserve his mind.

Borygen

Borygen's path through Ysgard became different after talk with Maynild. She told Borygen that all of these tasks are mere test of their own, before the real one begins. They must ask for leave to enter Ysgard and try to prove their way of the warrior on their own. She told Borygen about Einherjar and their purpose. Then they both decided to end their trials and start the real test, joining their strength in Gladsheim. So they left the great hall with other warriors and walked through Ysgard. Borygen was first who found Gladsheim and he waited for Maynild to come to this place.

After few days, Maynild came and they together went through possible plans and things they can try to get attention of gods. They went through possibilities of Jotunheim, Thor's tower, burning Gladsheim and ended up with final idea - trying to visit or free Fenrir. So they've built a ship and travelled to Lyngvi, where Fenrir is imprisoned. When they stood over its prison, they could feel its present, but decided to try it anyway. Few seconds before they did, Valkyrie showed up and transported them to Odin's Hall, where they stood before divine entities.
