Guardian Adventures: Episode 4 Report

General Summary

Scale and Jenkins_Secretary receive a request to help Sister Garaele as part of their Harper initiation. They bring along JohnySlays and Thalia to help.   Garaele asks the initiates to go find Reidoth and make sure he is safe and provide whatever aid he may need. He has been stationed out in the ruins of Thundertree. This village was destroyed years ago by a volcano and left strange devastation by way of undead and plan monsters. Reidoth the druid, helps to make sure that those dangers don't expand to threaten travelers and the nearby city of Neverwinter.   The party secured horses and noted more strange markings on the buildings of Phandalin. They arrived in the old village of Thundertree begin to search for Reidoth. Going from building to building, they encounter several Twig Blights and several Ash Zombies. The party runs into a Small Green Dragon.   Despite the party's efforts, the Dragon was committed to threatening them and a fight broke out. The party was able to restrain and subdue the dragon and get him to agree to not attack. Thalia arranged for Grammy's Country Pies to provide food for the Dragon, Venomfang.   After the party found Reidoth who was thankful for helping to bring the Dragon to heel. Reidoth explains that he has been unable to communicate as normal due to Venomfang's presence. Since he had been subdued, the druid was able to open a line of dialogue and arrange for the Dragon to help defend the area.   Sister Garaele was pleased to hear about how things went and conferred the title of Watcher on Jenkins_Secretary and Scale.
