Session 2: Forging the Idol Report

General Summary

Forging the Idol

The session started just as we left off with the adventurers in Drummonds's office having just managed to sort out the worker's dispute between Drummond and Stokes crew. Stoke left the office to go tell his crew about the compromise that they have just struck. The party hands over the Letter of Credit they were given to Tresca and asks about the Burning Idol, to which they find out that due to the strike Tresca hasn't actually managed to make a start with the commission, and with Drummond wanting the warforged to get back onto other projects, Tresca requests that the Party helps her with the creation of the Idol.   The party agrees to help out and Tresca leads them out of Drummonds's office, through the main workshop area, down a flight of stairs to a basement area with some smithing workstations and a massive forge at the back of the room. Tresca explained to the party that this was the section of the workshop where they forged items of a more arcane nature and that the forge behind them powers directly by the powerful magics from the sea of fire itself. This allows them to forge magical items of great power however the forge has a drawback, when it is left unattended for too long Magma Memphits have a habit of spawning.
