Supporting Cast
  • Althea Nightshade
Althea Nightshade is a young tiefling girl who communicates through an uncommon form of sign language. She's often seen playing with a small plush toy, a cherished item that provides her with comfort and security in the midst of the chaos of the village. There's a gentle innocence and curiosity to her, and she seems to have a natural affinity for nature and the creatures of the forest. Althea's plush toy is a small, hand-sewn doll made of scraps of cloth and stuffed with cotton. Its body is a deep shade of green, and its hair is made of a soft, fluffy material dyed a vibrant shade of pink. The doll's eyes are large, just like Althea's, and are made of small, polished stones that gleam in the light.
  • Greta Blackwood
A middle-aged human woman who runs the tavern.
  • Tavion Adegoke
Tavion Adegoke is a muscular and imposing human man with a stern expression and rough exterior. His calloused hands and scars suggest a life of hard labor and combat, and his brooding demeanor hints at a troubled past. Despite his intimidating presence, one can sense a certain loyalty and protectiveness in him, especially towards Althea, whom he never lets out of his sight.
  • Torne Ironbeard
Thorne Ironbeard is a grizzled and rough-spoken dwarf with a haunted look in his eyes. He's often found drinking heavily at the tavern, lost in thought and memories of his past. Despite his gruff exterior, one can sense a deep sadness in him. Physically, Thorne has a weathered face marked by deep wrinkles and a square jawline. His hair is cropped short, revealing a set of bushy eyebrows that frame his piercing brown eyes. His beard is relatively short and mostly grey, except for a few reddish-brown strands that cling stubbornly to his chin. His skin is dark and leathery, bearing the scars of years spent toiling in the mines.
