The Mayor of a rural town close to Jossen. Male, Human, and tall. He seems skeptical of newcomers, but activly supports anyone that can assist the troubles of his people. -
Vil
An unknown Deity, supposedly one of three that rule this world. They seem omnipotent, but somehow need to rely on mortals from alternate planes to clean up their mess. Vil is responsible for the blessings given to their come country.
