Session 20: Back to Nadigav Report

General Summary

Starting with a tense standoff at the Tower, the Group is exhausted, hurt and out of resources. And to make it even worse, Elva is at the door asking to be let in.   Her men also seem to have had a rough time, and it seems as though she is willing to negotiate.   The Demands are simple. Hand over Casnemos and Ribhus's Amethyst. The group agrees to this, keeping the other treasures of the tower hidden. Including an Ogier treesung manual which Soren picks up During the negotiations some questions appear, to what Elva is trying to achieve with Elva marvelling at Nadigavs groups ignorance.   She Weaves a large illusion recreating the distant past and tells the story og the Mandrans, the black lakes, The Ocean heart and its pieces. Elva implies that the Amethyst is one of the 7 Shards of the Ocean heart, and that there are groups interested in reforming the Heart. And others interested in preventing that from happening.   Which does she belong to? she won't say.   Happy with the groups reasonableness she offers them to work for her in the future, and says that she will send them a Farpen to contact her in the future.   They decline working for her, staying loyal to the Lescailles... for now.   Travelling back laden with loot, picking up Uradil they travel back to Nadigav. On the return trip they are ambushedby a group of mounted raiders/ deserters/ bandits. Surprisingly well equipped . But they messed with the wrong group, and only a couple of lowly archers escape.   Making it back to Nadigav they are warmly welcome in the smiling cow, By Alrund and the rest. The day after they met with Morokha and Fiadh for a debriefing.  They recieved an extensive explanation of the Amber council, the voting in Carminia, and the Conflict between the cities.  And Alrunds possible ascension.    Saying they needed time to Conferr with With Menorka and the other Lescailles.
