In the year 1188, a group of adventurers were brought together to fight off a beast known today as The Herald of the End that emerged from 12 rings of light that appeared in the sky.   From this lightly held together group, they set aside their differences to protect what they could as The Sworn; adventurers of necessity rather than want.   While the sacrifices they made were great, they at last defeated the Herald of the End, bringing about an age of change that’s repercussions would be felt long into the future.   They opened a path. And while only a few remain in the minds of those today as legends, their impact on the world created the hope of people who inhabit it…
