In which the Chosen play hooky and discover a secret

General Summary

Beginning their first day of classes the Chosen are happy to learn that school might not be quite as boring as it may seem. In history they were introduced to Ascal and her ability to project images into peoples mind. She took them on a journey to the beginning of the world and the existence of the gods. Diplomacy was much less interesting. Voax does not do well with catching people up so he mostly left them to read a rather dry book about the military history of the continent.   After lunch our group of heroes were quite possibly led astray by their Champions. They were told of a hidden door that had not ben used in many years that supposedly led to treasure. Upon deciding to play hooky the group went down to the bath chamber and found the door in an old store room. The tunnel was not very interesting however after some walking they did notice some rags on the side that revealed themselves to be the remains of some past humanoid. The second bundle they found proved to be the same but also was being watched over by a group of Chokers. The party managed to defeat them with relative ease. As they neared the end of the tunnel they came to a door that was very out of place. They managed to open it seemingly without triggering the alarm mechanism. However after just a glimpse of what appeared to be a laboratory the world went white and our heroes woke up in their beds. and for the first time since they were chosen they seemed to be alone in their heads.
