On the Dragon's Doorstep (2) Report

General Summary

The party cleared the mummy out of the tombs after they realized the fire braziers were acting as a ward against all damage on it.   The party then met a halfling (tonttu) female in the hidden cave named Mrs Peachum.  She was a new arrival to the swamp, having stepped through a portal while chasing Pezzlian spies.  The party promised to help get her back to the Commonwealth.   The party did some planning about confronting the dragon.  Graham and Tegus contacted Casper to find out about a name associated with the glowing starfish artifact.  He came through with Idona Axebough who bought it at auction 20 years ago.   The party found another cave with a vegetation monster in it, but did not confront it.   The party snuck into the yuanti caves with Graham disguised as a yuanti and mrs. peachum invisible.  Because Riven did not trust Mrs Peachum, she asked Valen to follow them invisibly.  He was discovered and while he and Mrs Peachum had words, the yuanti leader put Graham to sleep.    A two pronged battle started, with Graham, Mrs Peachum and Valen in the yuanti leader's quarters, and the rest at the front of the caves.  Eventually, the party were able to defeat all of the yuanti.
