Session 11 "Battle for Faribyr Pt. 2"
General Summary
The Raven's Alliance assaults the encampment and takes out the patrol before charging forward. Isaac is struck down by one of the ballista and falls. Lilyanna reacted quickly and heals him while the others continue the assault. Slinger proves deadly effectively neutralizing the ballista crews as the commander and his priest step forward. Gunthar and the hobgoblin commander fight fiercely while the others close in. With a group effort they defeat him with Sindariel knocking the creature unconscious with the guard of her rapier. Rowan and Isaac find a chest in the tent and with collaborative effort with Gunthar get it open. After opening it Rowan and Isaac stuggles for a good while with the chest. After returning Rowan spends time with Gashak and discovers that the attack on Faribyr was a ruse and the real assault was on Paburgh. The Raven's alliance plans to leave that night after resting and being taught to ride the worgs Gashak is provided from the cavalry. Plans are made between Gashak and Sindariel to possibly break the lines and get inside the city. Gashak expresses that he has concerns the invading force might be after something in the city. During the rest Rowan draws a magenta mustache on Gunthar and fools him into believing it was Isaac. Gunthar finds out the truth and freezes Rowan's hair causing it to shatter leaving the gnome bald. The Raven's alliance soon arrives at the stables and after an hour of training the party prepares for their journey to aid Paburgh.
