Session 19 "Lost and Found" Report
General Summary
...with the Raven's Alliance quickly gathering themselves and trying to regroup to make their escape, more of the fishlike humanoids begin flooding the chamber after gathering reinforcements. They are joined by 2 priestesses who are emboldened by their presence. Gunthar calls for the rest of the party to retreat as he tries to stave off the onslaught being struck by the magic the priestesses bring to bear as he wades through the mounting piles of corpses. With quick thinking and trying to cover their escape Lillyanna calls forth a cloud of fog hindering the creatures view of the party. The creatures give chase to the fleeing alliance being struck down as they enter the corridor leading to the outside from Isaac's magic stones. As Lillyanna is struck down from the horde, the Raven's Alliance makes a final stand protecting their fallen druid friend as Slinger and Rowan try valiantly to pull her clear of the fray. Eventually the creatures succumb to the might of the Alliance and fall one by one. Gunthar scoops up Lillyanna as they make their way to safety. The party prepares to camp and recoup from their wounds as they watch diligently through the night for more of the creatures to emerge with plans for the next day to finish exploring the mine. Eventually Lillyanna awakens and finds her raven pecking at her bag. Communicating with the bird she finds that it is interested in her communication bowl. Digging the bowl from her bag she is contacted by Unhf in Faribyr with an urgent message that they need to speak with Gunthar about Sila. Lillyanna's raven is sent to wake the sleeping dragonborn who comes over to see what she wants and is introduced to the magic of the bowl. Unhf let's the female dragonborn on her end speak with Gunthar ensuring herself that his motives and promises were genuine to which once ensured shows him 2 eggs making him aware that he is to be a father. Stunned, the silver ensures her that he will be safe and return. As Lillyanna prepares to close the communication a dwarf is seen flying by for aggravating the mother to be. During the rest of the night, Slinger's bat alerts him to movement by the boat and after once again waking Gunthar the pair investigate finding that the small craft had been sabotaged with holes in the hull. Remaining vigilant the young halfling resumes his post allowing the others to finish resting and for the first true time sees the sun rise on the seas. Gathering themselves the Raven's Alliance returns to investigating the mines. In one of the chambers they find a broken chest with a considerable amount of coin and some interesting items. Resuming their search they find a hall littered with bones and a closed door. Gunthar taking the lead opens the door finding more of the fish humanoids with a larger one in command. Battle ensues once again with the Raven's Alliance attempting to surround the creature. Isaac is struck down but quickly revived as Gunthar strives to capture the hulking creatures attention. Rowan is able to slip through the fray and with agility the gnome has never shown quicksteps to a pillar driving his rapier through the creatures head, the point mere inches from Gunthar's face. Slinger drawing his daggers goes to the rescue of the beleagured Isaac and following Rowan's example leaps from a table to a pillar and comes down striking against the smaller creatures. Quickly ending the battle the party begins investigating finding writing upon the wall near two handprints. Lillyanna is the only one who can translate the elven script. After many attempts to try and figure out the mechanism, each member trying in turn, Lillyanna and Isaac each with a bleeding palm place their hands in the grooves causing the door to slide open. They enter a chamber filled with glowing crystal and the long dead corpses of two figures. Upon further investigation Lillyanna discovers a personal journal and book of prophecies. Reading both she discovers that the bodies belong to her long lost parents.

Missions/Quests Completed
The Raven's Alliance finished clearing the mines, were able to gather materials to repair the Deismos, and Lillyanna found out some answers about her missing parents.
