Session 17: Punks versus the Volcano Report

General Summary

After staying another night in the Rusty Tumblers hideout, the crew on Sunday scoped out the Tongan bar, Ragetiki.   The bar appeared to have had a few upgrades since the last time that Hector had been to visit it, and now had animatronic tiki heads and a fake volcano in the floor. Hector and Riley entered the bar during the day and spoke with a group of Tongans. Resting up on the rafters of the ceiling was a large jungle cat drone.   After giving out a few free samples, Hector and Riley secured a meeting with Rozo who agreed to discuss business about buying drugs from Hector, but they would need to come back that evening to talk to the boss.   While talking with the Tongans, a man in a lab coat exited from a door along the side of the room and approached the bar. He spoke quietly to the bar tender before she left to go somewhere else. After the bartender returned, Riley noticed as the man in the coat entered back through the same door using a key card and code, a much higher level of security than any of the other doors in the bar.   While part of the team was inside, Jackie grabbed one of the Tongans who exited the bar and tossed him in the trunk of the Cerebus. Once back at the hideout the team questioned him regarding the Tongans and his claims that something from the basement was coming to get him. He gave the team the key card he used to get through the door, but wouldn't reveal much else.   Visiting his lab, Hector's place had been broken into and ransacked. Nothing was missing except for the SPRITE-44 chip.   While preparing to go talk to Loto at the Ragetiki, the Johnny Silverhand and Alt Cunningham took over the vid screens, speakers, and terminals around the crew to display a message. Johnny told the people of Night City that he was returning along with his band to perform a free concert and stick it to the corpos. He informed his followers to be ready to march on the corporations a week from tonight to take back their city.
