Session 7: Trip to the Judith Report

General Summary

After leaving Night City General, the crew called up Gene's old flame Amber who was recording a new segment out front of the hospital of the fallen victim. Gene contacted her on Doug's Militech phone and asked for the footage she had recorded from the event.   An executive in the company of Network 54 killed her segment, and so she agreed to send everything to Gene. The term message however never arrived, and all of the footage was deleted from her computer systems. Naturally, she blamed Gene the known Netrunner.   The crew then loaded into a Combat Cab and headed for The Loyal Judith, just on the edge of the combat zone. While traveling, the driver tells the crew to give the quartermaster his best.   As the crew approached the Judith, Jackie parked his vehicle inside the makeshift parking lot run by two Snake Nation nomads.   After entering the fallen spaceship the crew makes their way to small bar on the far side of the ship where they meet and speak with the bartender, the Quartermaster. Inside the bar, Pretty Boy Ken sits getting drunk.   After a short break with food and drinks, the crew is called up to the office of Admiral Jonas Wright. In the room is Alix Tantro, a fixer who works with the admiral and the Judith. The crew is given a piece of paper with 22000 written on it to turn in for their pay.   Crosswire indicates that he knows the Admiral and Johnny Silverhand before leaving with Alix.   After scanning the paper with a light, the image of a pirate ship appears and the crew is given their bounty in cash.   Sly is unable to give Doug any information regarding the jumpers identity, but the body is being kept at the NCPD morgue.
