Vasta’s property is 250 aches and has a viable but now unworkable copper mine, Poppy’s is 250 acres and has the remains of a wizard tower, Rhys and Savane’s is 500 acres and is natural forest. Each chest contains 500 gold, a scroll signed by most of the merchants guaranteeing 10% reduction in all sales for the next 5 years (except in the case of a disaster) a potion of resistance to fire damage (2 potions in Rhys and Savane’s chest) and a certificate for 2 weeks rations for each person from the Greycott Adventuring Guild.
