Missed Nov 19, 26 & Dec 3 - A New Direction played 12/10
General Summary
- Pubes on sale in Greycott 2 days time only way to get there is to teleport
- One of the king's wizards agreed to teleport the group there so that they would arrive in time
- Unfortunately, a palace dog chased his familiar right into him just as he was finishing the casting and the spell went wild.
- Our group saw a bright light, then darkness
- Woke up feeling woozy, and having both sharp and throbbing pain, but realized that they had been carefully bandaged.
- Discovered the fingerless arm and hand of the casting wizard and three orc corpses that had each been taken down with 1 arrow.
- Upon searching the orcs they found many of their possessions and were able to recover most of them. A few things had been destroyed in the accident, such as the decanter of endless water and Rhy's sending stone to his Mom.
- Savani healed everyone
- They met their rescuer, an elderly Archer named Alvin, who described himself as a hermit.
- He led them to his home, a 3 room cave about 3 miles from the accident.
- Alvin told the group that the nearest town was an overnight walk and was named Sharington, and that it held about 500 people as well as a nasty noble family that thought nothing of ruining a surf's crops with a fox hunt.
- He also mentioned that he needed help as there were "fire spirits and fire dwarves" burning trees in the forest - but not burning the forest down.
