Bianca St. Claire
Biance is a vampire of the red court. Bianca is a small woman with red eyes. She is the head of the local Arkham coven and has considerable influence and power in the city. Bianca owns the Velvet Room, a high priced brothel.

Bob
Bob is a spirit of intellect bound to a human skull. He makes a world class assistant and living encyclopedia of magic and all things arcane.

Donald Morgan
A warden of the White Council. Morgan has a short, well trimmed beard. Morgan is a stickler for rules and for technicalities, and was particularly loyal to the Laws of Magic. He does not question the White Council and its policies, and he is willing to sacrifice his life for it. As one of the most senior and devoted wardens, he also acts as the Council's executioner.

Hellen Beckitt
The Beckitt's are a wealthy merchant family. They lost their only daughter when a fight broke out in the market between John Marcone and a rival gang.

Hendricks
A big, tall man with short bright red hair, narrow eyes and a thick neck. His face looks like it was smashed flat. Hendricks is one of John Marcone's bodyguards.

Gentlemen John Marcone
About 40 years old, Marcone has short, salt-and-pepper hair, sun-hardened smile-lines, and green eyes. He is good-looking, tanned, and athletic. Marcone is a killer, earning his livelihood on human misery and suffering, peddling in drugs, flesh and stolen goods. He is also a soldier and a warrior, dedicated to his goals and to his people, defending them with brute force, if need be, and avenging them if he couldn't. It is said he tries to minimize suffering as it is the most efficient way to run a business.

Linda Randall
She has dark, mysterious eyes and lips. Her brown hair is beautifully braided. Before working for the Beckitt's, Linda worked in the Velvet Room. She is the roommate of Jennifer Stanton.

McAnally
McAnally is a tall, gangly man with a shaved head. A man of few words and expressions. Take note when Mac speaks, it could be noteworthy. Mac's pub caters to the magical community.

Monica Sells
A fair skinned, brunette woman in her mid twenties. She wears a green and brown dress with red embroidery. Though her outward face is calm, her green eyes reveal a pain in her past.

Spike
A large man in his thirties. Spike's black hair has been spiked with some kind of gel. He is an enforcer for John Marcone.

Tommy Tom
A well muscled man with a short military haircrut. He has puncture scars in his shoulder that appear to be an old sword wound. Tommy Tom is an enforcer for John Marcone.
