Session #4 Report
General Summary
After successfully tracking and slaying a large Earth Elemental that lurked within the depths of the mines of Silver Hold, the party was left with many unanswered questions. How did this creature get down here? Where did it come from? What was it doing down here? Why was this section of the mines so rich in Spiritual Energy? As the Arcanists, Bimbledorf and Yengandor, tried to piece together clues; the rest of the party set up camp within the clearing. Yengandor got the first watch, witnessing the spawning of a smaller creature constructed of stone three hours into their attempted rest. Taking decisive action, the party slew this creature as well… but not before Bimbledorf tapped into the energies that flowed through the room and accidentally manifested another Elemental, which he named Chunky. Chunky the Water Elemental promptly then attached itself where they had first spotted the Earth Elemental they were hired to slay, which led to even further questions. As the party attempted to figure out if this was a blessing or a curse, the Elemental Spawn began to grow. As concerning as this was, the party decided that this was beyond their level of expertise and that they should report their findings to the Warden, get paid, and maybe turn this into another gig. Exhausted from their four-hour trek through the dark underground the party, at last, made it to the surface on a new day-- ready to make their report, get their earnings and get a much-needed rest after their first day on the job as Adventurers.
