Kobold met on Kobold Island after the party left Fort Tylar. Illick gave Lizard a piece of Bark that smells of peppermint with his name carved in it.

The first person the party met when they passed through “The Event” Gate he is apparently very sensitive about his name

A young girl who welcomed you to Helmlocke and listed a handful of people who definitely couldn’t help you to resurrect Layton, but gave you interesting information about the city

A young black dragonborn nephew of Viscountess Delmirev. Is the heir apparent to The Viscounty of Helmlocke and a resistance/Kobold E. Lee Sympathizer.

Kobold E. Lee
Defacto leader of the resistance. Has a long and storied history with Lizard, but the party has reason to believe that his previous actions were forced.

L'aariana Orichalcum
Elven member of The Elven Provinces of Ehrrol (Resistance). Appears to be of high rank within the organization. Came to Helmlocke to speak and recruit members.
