Session VI: The Nibblin and the Gnoll Report

General Summary

Prior to leaving the town, the young Freya decided to make one last shopping trip to the Stables of Palebank Village. There she purchased 3 horses and tack for a total of 210gp. With the three new horses, the trip was going to be much quicker than originally expected.
  The skies were gray and the air cold but the four adventurers returned to the frozen desert that was the Crystalsand Tundra heading south-west towards Hullidak.
  Near the end of the first day of travel, the group neared a small thicket where they spotted a trappers camp. Nearing the camp they spotted what appeared to be three creatures surrounding a rabbit in a bone trap. Due to an unintentional call by Freya, the group alerted a pack of hyena's to their presence along with the three gnolls that surrounded the rabbit.
  Upon closer inspection, they could see the limp bodies of two other gnolls with their throats torn out just beyond the camp, and the rabbit was coated in blood, not of its own.
  The party engaged the gnolls as the rabbit freed itself and joined the fray.
  After dispatching the attacking party only leaving one gnoll to flee Freya cast "Speak with Animals" and spoke to the rabbit, named Nibblin Floofyfoot XXIII.
  Then Kristen proceeded to break the DM's psyche prompting a small break...
  Upon resuming Nibblin thanked Freya and stated that the floofyfoot clan was at her back providing her a new Wild Shape.
  The night that followed was an uneventful one filled with a bit of heart-to-heart storytelling where Kethra revealed her Deva; Mykiel to Freya. As well as one of unease as the second watch of Bailiwick and Arkeshia was accompanied by twenty-seven rabbits that surrounded the parameter to protect them.
  Bailiwick awoke Freya to inquire about what was going on. She asked if anything was happening yet didn't properly report it back to Bailiwick before she returned to bed leaving the night with a twinge of unease.
  With morning the party set out once more and entered a canyon area where the session ended with a massive gnoll riding on the back of a large hyena to declare its presence.
