The Dealer appears Human and works as Table Manager at Don's Casino. They are always kind. But they always seem offputtingly happy. Never really stopping smiling.

The Host .
The Host is a Human Vudu Master. They are the leader of the Petricore. A group of Performers that Travel seeking fame and fortune. The Host calls upon their shadow to do feats of illusion and other performances.

"Chuck" Chuckles Dinero
Chuck is a Human Acrobat and Harlequin. They work for The Petricore with Lunk. After years of ridicule for their name they joined the Host as an acrobat to try and change their reputation. They do not smile but do laugh.

First King of Blackstone Keep Alexander Blackstone
An ancient Dwarf Archmagi Who wanders Montes. Although the Version you meet may be different for each person. Not Much is known about them because much of it consists of Myths and Legends.

Amara Stout
Amara is a Human Bartender. They work for their father at The Frozen Den. They are married to Enid Stout and Mother of Kat. They act as head chef of the Frozen Den. They became a werewolf because their father was cursed with lycanthropy.

Champion of Monty's Anthony Fredrickson
Anthony is a old Half orc Champion of "Big" Monty. They are actually older then "Big Monty". After years of Working as Monty's Weapon smith, they decided to try to gain glory fighting. They are capable of summoning Animal Companions. They carry a pocket watch with the initials S.F.

First Mate Celest Shore
Celest is a human sailor working as First Mate for Captain Scuttle. They are somewhat strict about What happens about the ship. however are kind to those who respect their rules.

Clemons
Clemons is a Goat Folk. Owner of the Old and New Pawn Shop. They Employ Sugar the Blacksmith, and Taranda The Bodyguard. They Owned the Tile of the Fey wild Before it was stolen from them.

Clover
Clover is a Human Pyrotechnic. They work for The Petricore as a stage magician. Unfortunately they suffer from Narcolepsy and it has lead to several fire. After upsetting Don, their whereabouts is unknown,

Museum Curator Crenshaw Sunstone
Crenshaw is a Valley Dwarf of the Sunstones. They have been working as the Curator of The Mendace Museum of War. They currently suffer from amnesia. Before this they were a wealth of knowledge when it came to war history.

Dogwood
Dogwood is the Goodest Boy. Dogwood is a Mimic Created by Alexander Blackstone. Abandoned in a Cave for an unknown amount of time later rediscovered by Mawfett. Dogwood Can change into most form of furniture and has a diet consisting of Any non living matter. Dogwood functions as a bag of holding.

Pit Boss Don Anthony Tallow
Don is the teifling Pit Boss of Don's Casino in Mendace. They offer several forms of gambling. from dice to cards they will play any game. In rare cases they will take exotic bets of magic items or things of tremendous value with offer of doubling their bet...or losing it all. Don Has the Tile of The Hells and desires the Tile of Celesia.

Hunt Master Enid Stout
Enid is a Dwarf Huntmaster. They are married to Amara Stout. They Became a Werewolf at the request of their wife. They Work for Lyall as a meat supplier for the Frozen Den.

The Broken, Gren
Gren is secretly the brother of Ziluth. However they Disguise themselves as a hobgoblin. After Being Defeated by a Shadowy Figure they have become Broken. They were sent to Kill Alex but failed due to Alex being a Simulacrum.

Chef Hoyte Ironfoot
Hoyte is a Goliath Sailor For Captain Scuttle. Usually acting as Navigator, Chef, and Bellhop. Hoyte does not speak much usually saying two words at a time. Hoyte is helpful but not exactly friendly.

Jim Rando
Jim Rando is a human living in Frost Wall. They are Part of the Rando Family found around Montes. Jim Was a member of the local Church of Frost Wall before it closed down. Jim has abandoned their life and become a Cultist worshiping a Unknown Deity they only refer to as Lute.

Kat(abatic) Stout
Kat is a human child. They are the Child of Amara Stout. They inherited their Lycanthropy but unfortunately have no control over the condition. this has lead to them rarely speaking and rarer being human.

Lunk
Lunk is a Mute Minotaur. They work for The Petricore. They preform feats of strengths with Chuck the Acrobat. Lunk is an Innocent soul who left their home to help their friends. they Joined Lute for a while enjoying their company before returning to the Petricore.

Elder Lyall Negan
Elder Lyall is a large Human. They are the owner of The Frozen Den. They Work with their Daughter and Son-in-law. They are also the leader of Frostwald. Frostwald looks to Elder Lyall to protect them, Lyall is Alpha werewolf as well.

Old Lady Martha Gibbins
Old Lady Gibbins is a human Druid and Shop Owner of The Kindling Keepers. A Greenhouse and Magic Store. They are Married to Mashir Brimstone. They offered several silver bars in exchange for removing the Guardians of the Crystal Shard.

Mashir Brimstone
Mashir is a old Dwarf living In frost Wall with Martha Gibbins. They Handle Running the Shop while their brother makes the magic items. They are very soft spoken and tired all the time.

Max Evergreen
Max Evergreen is a Half Elf tinkerer. They are fascinated by all things with gears. They Traveled to Mendace following a rumor that more strange tiles exist there. they travel with Sam Grain. Their Life Partner, Assistant and Body Guard.

Michael Opheli
Michael "Angel" Opheli is a very tall Human Bouncer at Don's Casino. They keep people from fighting within the casino and act as Bartender.

"Little" Monty
"Little' Monty is a half orc mage. They work for "Big" Monty and Serve as Bookkeeper, Medic, and Organize Events. Monty is no where near as strong as "Big"Monty But has the same Determination. What they lack in brawn the make up for in Brains. They refuse to be belittled.

"Big" Monty
"Big" Monty is the full orc owner of Monty's Martial Arts. They tower over most orc and their strength is only increased with their fist made of Blackstone Crystal. They seek champions to fight to prove their strength and train people to defend Mendace. Their fist was stolen By Zim.

Mourdi Brimstone
Mourdi is a Dwarf Scientist. They Live with their brother Mashir and Lady Gibbins. Mourdi is mainly buisy studying a strange Magical Crystal Commonly called Blackstone. They Make several weapons from the Crystal as well as Search for other uses.

Champion of Monty's Natt
Natt is a Goblin who worked for "Big" Monty as a grill master. After help from Maude they were quickly made into Monty's Champion. They are Childish but their size may fool you. Natt is capable of lifting over 4x their own weight.

Director Nebulosus
Nebulosus is a cloud giant. Claiming to be one of the few remaining,. they are the Current Owner and Director of the Mendace History Museum of Montes. After their former Curator was stricken with amnesia, They chose Grimm to fill their Position.

Guardian of the Fey wild Oako
Oako Is an Ancient Massive Treent and guardian of the tile gateway to the Fey wild. They know much of the history of the Fey wild and Seek its protection. They offered A staff of druids if the entire cube was given to them.

D.O.T Orc
Dapper Orc Twinks, or D.O.Ts are Individuals trained by "Big Monty to protect Mendace. what they lack in strength they make up for in Agility and Class. They can be found throughout Mendace working as Butlers, Cooks, Body Guards and Security.

The Otter Otto
Otto is an Otter Folk Merchant. Usually found North of Outpost 11. Protected by Fluffy the Chimera. Otto Is friendly to all who come by offering several oddity's they found while swimming. Otto is Scared by Birds and loves shiny things.

Bartender Quincy Whiskers
Quincy is a Rat Folk Bartender. Formerly working For the Roberts Family at Outpost 11 North of Scoria. After A Magical Mishap with a Wand of Chaos, they were teleported twice away from home. they have decided to stay and work for Natt at Monty's Martial Arts.

Lady Rose Ashton
Lady Ashton is the Leader of a small group of werewolf hunters known as The Keepers of the Silver Flame. She was sent to Frost Wall in search of Werewolves but failed to find any. After being threatened with death by Maude they signed a contract given by Lyall to never return.

Sam Grain
Sam Grain is a Human Explorer. Currently Traveling with Their Life Partner Max Evergreen. Before meeting Max they traveled Montes freely. searching for meaning. They have worked as a Bodyguard, a Courier, a Sailor, and a Model

Captain Scuttle
Captain Scuttle is The Former Otter Folk Captain of the Sail Cutter. Once a small tourist vessel That traveled from Corsilva to Mendace with the Crew of Celest and Hoyte.

Smudge
Smudge is a displacer kitten found in an ally in Mendace. Lost, scared and surrounded by Catrexes, It went to Maude to protect it. After bonding with Maude,Smudge followed them back to Monty's Martial Arts and now lives with Natt until Maude returns.

Blacksmith Sugar
Sugar is a Badger Folk Blacksmith Working For Clemons at the Old and New Pawn shop. They make Swords and Fix old and broken armor and weapons. When fixing armor their work is perfect. When making swords they grow oddly fond of them and choose to display them rather than sell them.

Surtr
Surtr is A Fire Mephit. that lives at the Kindling keepers. It is the main source of heat in the building. It is usually friendly but can easily be startled.

The Great Tray Manassas
Tray is a blind Elf Magician. They are the owner of The Orchard. A Bar and Inn that sells a special drink. Though non Alcoholic ,it is intoxicating. They once owned The Tile of Celestia. but it has been stolen. They are Kind but dislike when people assume they can take advantage of their blindness.

The Phenix Trix
Trix is the Phenix Familiar of Nebulosus, They act as the Security System for the Museum. They Can turn invisible and when invisible their eyes remain.

Champion of Monty's Trog and Gort
Trog(left) and Gort(right) are Ettin that Work for "Big" Monty. The Conflict over what to do. Trog is Much more Persistent. Gort is Pessimistic. After Losing to Maude, Grimm and Mawfett they struggle to fight. Trog demands a rematch. Gort wont be disgraced again.

Vizier of Ziluth, Voldrik
Voldrik is the Dragonborn Vizier of Ziluth. They are also the Head Priest of the Cult of Ziluth. It is said that they are powerful enough to return Ziluth to life if needed. They sent out Ziluths Brood to Collect enough gold to return Ziluth to life. They lied.

Wretch
Wretch is a Half orc musician for The Petricore. They Play Somber music mainly but can plan most anything if convinced. They Lack much ambition but stay with The Host on their constant request.

The Bone Chiller Ziluth
A young White Dragon. The Child of one of the First White Dragons, Eburnus. Former Ruler of The Ivory Pinnacle.
