Battle On the Ferry

the 3 bandits giving us dirty looks are 1. Chain mail guy 2. Leather daddy 3. Wizard robes dude

Olimar pushes Wizard dude over the side
Robin does a trick with her lance and tosses Chain Mail guy over the side
Wizard dude gets back on Ferry and is trying to help Chain Mail guy with magic
Vulture 2(the one that is not charmed by Fern) is attacked and killed by Leather daddy
Vulture 1(charmed by Fern) looks to Fern for instructions
Fern made some dancing lights that were a bit obscene and really entertained the adventurers on the Ferry
Fern communicated with the Vulture 1 and learned that there’s ‘bad food’ and monsters in the forest
With Olimars help Robin intimidates the 3 bandits into giving up. Olimar throws a rope to Chain Mail Guy and the fight is over.
Vulture 1 finds a perch nearby and is hopeful that Fern will feed it spell on vulture lasts 24 hours

Meet Sky Sprinkleheart, a half-orc who seems to be in charge
She tells us that Aventura is the last stronghold of civilization on the island.
Monsters came 6 months ago and have taken over the rest of the island
Must pass trials before they’ll allow you to pass the gate and fight the real monsters
If you help the city in this way you can become a member of the “Order of Greyblades” a famous monster slaying guilde in which membership would have perks
After signing up for the trials Robin takes Wally in search of foodwhile Fern and Olimar go in search of food as well

Inside the “Wasted Pasty”

Fern theorizes that the food that the condors ate turned them into monsters. They did a magic check of the food in the city and found no magical affect.
Olimar’s nose smells Curry Sweet Potato Stew, following the smell led them to the “Wasted Pasty” tavern.
Fern easily navigated through the crowded tavern and ordered a Manga Fruit drink.
We learn that Manga fruit is very popular to Tabaxi.
Olimar catches up after a struggle and greats the dwarf behind the counter
Gamerick Warmhood He recognizes a McNaugh’stee by the voice and they converse
On failed insight checks Olimar and Fern think Gamerick is a really solid dude

Meanwhile…

Robin finds a stable and we learn that Wally is a little picky about food
Meets Benny, a kid who offers to help care for Wally after Robin threw him a coin.
We learn that when Robin swore the Paladins Oath a Paladins Mount was to be granted to him. So the first horse she came upon was Wally, so Robin assumed this must be the Paladins Mount.
Robin prepares a mash, leaves most of his equipment with Wally and heads over to the Wasted Pasty…
