Session 13

... Ronin has second thoughts, he decided to back away and head back to the inn the group seems kind of confused by this, he explains that this inst something he really wants. The team gets back to the inn and Ronin has a sit down with the group, he feels that this is where he will part ways. He wants to stay in Clearvile and work with the blacksmith full time. He thanks everyone for helping him escape but he feels that he can really make a life here, bids everyone a good bye and heads out of the inn.   Groob on the other hand has a big night ahead of him, the barkeep has given him a chance to show is magic to the tavern between the different bards that are playing in the tavern tonight. Groob buts on a good performance and the barkeep is willing to give him a chance another night.   Later in the evening while hanging out at the tavern a blue fellow with red hair and beard came over to introduce himself, he introduced himself as Nudge Lacuna. He said he has been watching you, his father is part of the guard, and he wishes to join the group, he wants to get out to see the world outside the city. He also shares some information the caravans that get attacked, he knows of the Order of Paxius, and how they have grown but dare not enter the forest, its said to be protected by a wizard. He was talking to one of the older retired guards he remembers a tale of when this guard was a child entering a clearing to the north and feeling of dread if he stayed in the area, he ponders is that might be where this mysterious wizard might reside.   The team decides to let this new person tag a long, he can prove his worth, and the team was interested in this wizard. So they left the city to head north to find this clearing. Along the way Click noticed something odd along the trail, he went off to check it out. He found an encampment, it looks like the tents here are made from scrap liens scavenged. There are some women walking around tending to children, and some men that look armed but with the barest of weapons, the look similar to the people that attacked the group to get that package from them. Upon looking at them they may have been just stealing to survive, so he sneaks on out undetected. This information is shared with the group when he returns. Out of the corner of his eye Click he can see the group is being watched but they don't appear hostile more on the defense, and the team decided to leave and they are not followed.
