Session 18

  Nudge and Smoke tried to follow the guy carrying the sack, but both were noticed. He yelled for them to back off or he was going to alert the guards, some words were exchanged but both our party members left knowing they were caught following.   The team regrouped at the outdoor market, and picked up some basic supplies. Afterwards they started to look around the city and headed up to Bilpin's Bazaar, its indoors for the higher class items and higher class clientele. As they approached Nudge spotted the guy with the sack again knocking on a door. The group went inside market to watch from one of the many windows, Nudge on the other hand disguise himself and was standing outside with Violet watching from a distance. A man came to the door and confronted the man with the sack, they were arguing a bit but it was too far to make out what was being said, and then they both went inside.   Violet summoned her almiraj to go over and check out what was going on, she allowed herself to slip into the animal to view and hear what was going on at the house. She heard some yelling though the window but couldn't make things out, but she was able to see some money exchange hands and the sack was placed gently on the ground. The sack was opened and it reviled an unconscious young woman, she seems to resemble the owner of the house. The larger man left and the older man lifted the young woman and carried her up the steps. Violet returned to her body and relayed what she saw to the team.   The team heads back to tavern and learn that there will be the Moon Dance Festival tonight. Most of team will check it out see if anything interesting is going on, Click on the other hand wanted to go back and see if there was anything else to be found at the house were the girl was returned.   As Click slowly approaches the house, he can see a makeshift rope sticking out of the window made of sheets and a young woman climbing out onto it. Click went to hide in the bushes behind the house as the woman was creeping around back. He made a bird call to distract her and came out of the brush, she is started but seemed prepared for a fight if needed, this was defused quickly by explaining he was here to help. She agreed to the aid and introduced herself as Luna. Click took the rope that she had made and tossed one end against the city wall to make it look like she escaped over the wall. He then made her a quick disguise and they headed back to the tavern so she can hide in the room for the night and can escape in the morning wit the group.   After she was settled in Click went out to meet with the rest of the group at the festival. He explained what had just happened and how there going to help Luna escape here tomorrow morning. As to not arouse suspension they stayed for a little while as the festival continued. Click had approached Royce at the bar to apologized for his two friends following him and bought him drink. While at the bar, two guards came up to Luna's dad, Dominick, Click went in to listen. They guards explained that they found a rope on the wall and that his daughter probably escaped again. They said this has happened to many times for them to get involved anymore and left. Dominick went up to the bar and ordered a drink, he didn't look like he wanted to be bothered.   After the festival they went back to the tavern for the night and in the morning they disguised Luna, gave her a backstory and a fake name, Salon, in case she was asked leaving the town. The team headed up toward the north gate, as they approached they made sure they all got there stories in order with a deep breath walked up.
