IERA Agents from REA Team 5 have been dispatched to Clarksville, TN to complete a failed darkening assignment. Night Owl, Senior Agent Axiom, two IERA rank and file agents (well, George isn't rank and file anymore) arrive on the scene and are briefed by their handler, Spencer.
But Spencer doesn't know what has happened to the members of REA Team 2 that are now missing. He instructs the team to enter with caution and attempt to locate and disable any power sources/supers. But once inside, the team is confronted by powerful supers associated with ROGUE LFER: Hollow Blade, The Commander, Plasman, and the ferocious "Bear". The Commander has been sent from ROGUE LFER to help in the uprising, but it is Bear -- the owner of a local martial arts studio, who is the real threat. He slices into Agent George, then through the other IERA Agent, cutting him in-two.
Hollow Blade attacks Agent George:
Night Owl flies back to attempt a rescue.
But it is too late, George is down. But is he out?!
REA Team 5 quickly retreats from the engagement. Someone really needs to deal with ROGUE LFER!!
