Session 9

General Summary

The cabal had a couple of days of downtime in which Aiden managed to create his own demesne on the roof of the Asylum.    One day Aiden suddenly sense a human entering the premises of the sanctum through the tunnels. The Cabal quickly managed to surround the individual. With Plural disguised as 'the Doctor', they approached what turned out to be a Tremere mage called Zorn. Upon seeing the form of 'the Doctor', Zorn became frightened and seemed to follow every order Plural gave him.  While some of the cabal kept him talking, the others quickly called Arathnos and Ferrum and told them about the situation. 20 minutes later, a motorcycle rolled in on the parking lot with two women on it: Anacaona De Xaragua and Tiamat. Anacaona had a spear with her that she threw at Zorn as soon as she saw him. On impact, Zorn completely vanished and it was hinted, that he was contained within the spear itself. After things had settled down, Tiamat proceeded to question the cabal about what happened. When saying that they found Zorn in the basement, she asked how the cabal managed to enter the basement. They answered that they simply walked down there and managed to avoid saying anything about the ghosts.  As the two women were about to leave, Ferrum arrived and had a brief talk with the other sentinels and the cabal.    Ferrum asked of Plural to board a ship at the docks that had arrived early in the morning, with a known mage onboard called Khatvanga. Ferrum was getting worried since Khatvanga had not yet announced his presence or let his intentions in Boston be known.    At the end of the session, a friend of River's called Chaplain came to the Asylum to talk to Cieri about the Silver Ladder and to River about her missing mentor.
