Session 13

General Summary

After going to bed, Aiden had a dream in which he was visited by a person who introduced himself as Charles, but that others know him as "The Grey Pope". He asked several very probing questions about Aiden and his visions, and said the he also receives visions from a person (or entity) that he calls the Queen of Mirrors. Charles said that Aiden was welcome to visit him sometime to discuss further, and proceeded to step out of the dream through a door that resembled the University Museum at Harvard.   The Cabal spent most of the day discussing their next step and began preparations. A Demesne was set up in the basement using River's, Aiden's and Plural's soulstones tying it to the Time, Life and Prime arcanums. With those preparations in place, River began to use her Time magic to try and find more information. Using Postcognition on the Phurba, she saw a vision in which Khatvanga had a brief conversation with the Shinje, whom he called the "Threefold resurrection". It seems that Khatvanga is planning to use the Shinje somehow to grant himself youth. What exactly his plans are, is still unknown. They did however discover, that the Phurba was somehow a part of that plan and decided to destroy it.   The Cabal then spent the rest of the day crafting an artifact. Around midnight, when the ritual was finished, Plural discovered that he had 3 missed calls from Ferrum and promptly called him back. Plural told Ferrum about the happenings the night before, and while Ferrum didn't seem to like Plural's decision to destroy the Phurba he did understand the reasoning behind it, though he hinted that that decision was going to be discussed at a later time. Ferrum asked the Cabal to immediately bring him one of Cieri's personal belongings so that the Adamantine Arrow will have a way of tracking the Shinje in hopes of destroying it.
