The calm and collected but sassy Accountant and Lawyer for The Liberators. Responsible for contract negotiation on the nuka cola business, getting Kutter an informant deal, and balancing the budget every month.

Alexandru D. Albescu
Mysterious gentlemanly magnate with massive unbelievable supernatural strength and power who gave The Liberators a massive interest-free loan with the sole caveat of being allowed open access to the company, seeming to some end involving the supernatural.

Bartholomew "Barry" Murphy
Rough talking logistics expert brought by Gramps to run The Liberators supply and distribution chain. A simple man of few words who cares upmost about his job but who happily will grab a beer with his fellows after hours.

Benjamin Lewis
Benjamin is the ADHD cybernetics wizard who lives in the basement but has now been recruited to help Jason lead the science team. He's generally calm and collected but can become overly passionate for his craft, becoming a little quirky when he's in the zone. Not an overly courageous or competent combatant.

Blair Hamilton
Upbeat gunslinging mercenary with a heart of gold.

David Cali
Former Red Tide conscript who joined the Liberators to escape his captors and drug addiction.

Ellie
Institute tool turned misguided freedom fighter, turned loving sister, and mercenary commander.

Fredrick Bulsara
Rouge nuclear powered cyborg anmesiac

Garek
Former Ranger and founding member of The Liberators, a wild card usually with an agenda of his own. He's since left The Liberators to hunt anomalies with Fredrick to free himself of the influence of the chip.

Gramps
Gramps is the slightly grumpy Drill Instructor sent to help The Liberators prepare their mercenary company and the former spotter for Reshaun Sharos. He's no-nonsense and curt but he has a strong sense of duty to the CFR and its people, willing to tolerate The Liberator's sometimes unscrupulous decisions for the greater good.

Hank Richards
Major in the Texas Brotherhood of Steel traveling the wasteland in search of anomalies and The Fringe Division

Jeremey Deckard
Quiet lost former minuteman sniper who fell in with the Crimson Hand remnants after being dishonorably discharged. However, he's graciously taken the second chance given to him by Reshaun and Gerrek.

May Porter
Once an optimistic and lively pirate now lost and downtrodden after the loss of her only family

Rem
[p]Formerly the cold quiet Gen 4 Institute Courser was assigned to monitor Kenny and Kutter's disease. She's now after trying to save them against her orders she has been abandoned by the Institute and has joined the team properly, learning to live life with the only friends she's ever known.[br][br]After spending a while traveling with her friends for its own sake shes finally taken the plunge into The Liberators proper, agreeing to lead the PMC's 2nd Rifle Platoon[/p] [p][/p]

Robert
Former Red Tide soldier now working as Kutter's swordbearer and the last remaining member of Kutter's Blades by technicality.

Todd Higgens
Happy-go-lucky security guard recruited by his friend Jason into the Liberators. Hes outwardly dopey but an expert in his field.

Tony Montono
Former mobster with a heart of gold dedicated to atoning for his mistakes and serving his city.

Willard "Old Man" Jenkins
Old Man Jenkins has had a sorted history with The Liberators but when they heard of his homelessness after the destruction of The G's Compound the players offered him a place to stay. Jenkins is wise and generous but downtrodden as of recent, most of all no one can say he isn't forgiving. Jenkins is old and tired but is sure to lend a hand when the need truly arises.
