Session 5 The Scouting Mission Report

General Summary

The party entered the village to find that it was boarded up with crude defences, there was a few villagers about so the party tried to get information from them however the villagers didn't pay any attention to them. Kris decided to grab one of the villagers however it caused the villagers to draw their weapons on the party, after a little bit the party felt cold steel swords touch their necks and was told to drop their weapons, the Captain of the regiment approached them and told them to drop their weapons again so the party lowered their weapons. They had annoyed the Captain as they harmed one of the villagers the party was granted permission to leave before they left the noticed the sigil on the Captains arm it was a Black Rose which they previously learned was the sigil of the Rosen Empire.   The party quickly rushed back to the Guard Captain in the Capital to let him know of the situation who then sent him to a General in the Palace however they had to wait as he was in the war room with the King. When they managed to let him know the General sent the party to the Port City of Fazuc, they asked him to get the Arcane Blacksmith to remove their magic slave collar while they was there and he expected and also granted them a pardon as well. While they was at the Capital Ryan went to see a apothecary to see if he could get a cure for the poison that infested his body.   When the party arrived in Fazuc they had a chase with the Arcane Blacksmith and then had their collars removed, after they went to the castle to see the Colonel in charge of the city and he asked them to see how far the Imperial army had advanced towards Fazuc. The colonel sent a couple of scouts with them however they were not aloud to engage the Imperials. The party found the army about a day's march from Fazuc they all instantly rushed back and then was sent straight back to the General with their report.   On their way back to the Capital they was intercepted by a Imperial Blockade however was let straight through without any incident.    The party gave their report to the General and then was ask to help defend the City. After the party awoke the next day the whole city was called to Arms as Trebuchets were raining boldiers down apon the City. The party was sent to the main gates where they came back into contact with Grom Mrass. Grom gave a speach to inspire the troops and then a part of the City Wall was breached the party with then help of Grom was able to defend the breach with out taking any casualties. The part with a company of soldiers decided to Sally for word and take out the Trebuchets getting paid for each one they manage to take out.   Once the siege had finished the party was summond to have an audience with the King, he granted them their pardon and established a new order with the party members at the top and Ryan claimed command of the Order being given the rank of Lord Commander the newly established Order would also receive a Fort in which they was aloud to name and a Galley class ship, Ryan received a new axe and kris received a full set of new plate armour.    The party left to the Fort and remained there for 3 months helping repair the Fort
