Frontier Session 35

General Summary

Session 35: 28-12-2025

The party calls in the Ravager Ornithopter and wait inside the library for the aircraft to get here.

They meet Sergeant Reefer who seems to be outfitted in new armour. He tells them they believed them dead and the homesteads have been attacked by the Yuan-Ti. However, they responded with the newly trained Aontassian Legion and drove them back to the city where they have them surrounded. He also says there are two visitors looking for them.

Flying back to Brightwater they see a massive blue dragon in the distance. Its standing stoically over the town and doesn't respond to the approaching flying machine. They land in town now restored and cleaned up.

They head off to Lavender Fisher in her office and learn the Yuan-Ti have been contained and they have been working on a plan to destroy them in the temple. Suicu tells them not to do it and keep them contained. After speaking to her about recent events with the Yuan-Ti they are introduced to Vivania Findael, an emissary of the Kingdom of Theresia.

She tells them she's a dragon rider but Hiron notices that she should be a princess but she doesn't appear as such. She admits to being an outcast because of her thin Elven blood and not having claim to the throne. They suggest a trade pact between their people so they can be supplied with coal and gold in exchange for medicine. However they're not interested in that and want a defensive pact to protect the nearby island of Naenas. She agrees to discuss the release of the monster species which she refers to as the captives. They society sees them as dangerous creatures that should be locked away for the good of all.

After she leaves Lavender informs them that Witchhunters from the Confederacy of Vec have come by airship and setup camp near the town. Their leader Bael Drenner, daughter of Chieftain Drenner has been sent to negotiate on their behalf.
