The Meetup in Lochton

General Summary

After a wonderful night the party went to sleep   the next day when they got downstairs to get breakfast they saw one more person in the tavern   a half-orc known as "The Beast", an earlier acquaintance of Hetty   after a small brawl between Hetty and Vough the party seemd to calm down   Sildar Hallwinter also joined the table and he vouched for Vough, as he has been cleared from the clergy of the Temple of Bahamut   Vough seemed to hold some festered hatred against Bran, the accomplice of Hetty from her previous criminal life   Sildar explained the situation to the party and the current situation of the surroundings   He explained about the organization of Goblins that might be nearby and that he will try to influence the town master   After some shared information about the people wearing red capes, the redbrands, the party now including Vough went to the Miners exchange   Hallia Throton greeted them there, and after some debate with Kira and Zoe she explained that she would like to see Glasstaff, the leader of the redbrands changed with some more prominent leadership, maybe also change of color of the capes.   After some negotiations, identifying of magical rune stones and some setting of boundaries, Hallia shared that she suspects of the Redbrands base to be in the Grapevine Manor. Even tho the Manor is ruins now, the basement is quite big, and that she knows of a hidden entrance to the basement   The party waited for the redbrands to go to the sleeping giant, so they are less of them at the manor, on the way there they had to go to an underground passage   After they spent almost an hour in the underground passage they came into a cavern with two bridges and two huge pillars   A strange voice started talking to them, offering them a deal in exchange for rotten flesh   Hetty sensed some magic present in the lower parts of the cavern   The deal seemed foul to Vough so Kira castes Dissonant Whispers to whoever might hear it, afterwards Vough went for it   They saw the creature, some of them also recognized the green eye, it was Nothic   Zoe movement was interrupted by a trapped bridge that crashed and placed her deeper into the cavern, where she spotted a chest and a rotten corpse   Zoe had found an interesting sword, some potions, money and a scroll that she did not seem to understand   In the middle of the fight the creature wanted to discuss again the terms, but Vough did not want to see any of it   In one prolong fight, Vough and Zoe surrounded the Nothic, and shortly after Vough going down Zoe killed the nothic by carving a hole in the eye.   After a short talk the party started prepairing for a short rest
