Session 3: Sloop Group - Further investigations

General Summary

  After last weeks traumatic events, Zakira made his way back to the warehouse, Golden Member had truly vanished and suddenly the party was down two members. There was much mourning, wailing and gnashing of teeth…for about 10 seconds…and then the rest of the party forgot Prik and Golden Member and began to make their future plans.   Testiclies made his way to the Shrine of Freya to mourn Golden Member and Prik. Whilst there he got talking to a human Paladin, the noble Lady Cassandra. They discussed the loss of Testiclies' companions and the fact that the Lady Cassandra was on the trail of a missing girl. Testiclies, who seems to have a way with 'the ladies' agreed to help and they set off together to the Keep Quarter. They spoke with the famous leader of the Knights of the Griffon himself, Imril.   He was a little haughty and emotionless about the missing people but agreed that Lady Cassandra and her party were free to go about the city and make enquiries. He also agreed to provide Cassandra with written permission to carry arms and wear armour in the city.   Testiclies then headed back to the others and decided to make the warehouse ready for the inevitable return of his illustrious leader. The others thought (hoped?) they might have seen the last of Golden Member but who knows?….   Under the guidance of Lady Cassandra the party decided to make inquiries about the missing girl. On visiting a Tavern in Turlin's Well, the Maiden's Cross the party heard various rumours and deduced that, along with Uelle Grouse – the young girl missing from the Outer Quarter, there were also possible kidnappings from Tent City.   While at the Maiden's Cross the party spoke to a hooded figure who was also investigating the disappearances, he agreed to help the party and joined them.   Accompanied by their quiet and mysterious new companion, the party headed off to the Outer Quarter and immediately noticed posters put up by the missing girl's father, Hanly Grouse.   Which way will the party go? Will they investigate Uelle Grouse's disappearance or the Tent City Rumours and are they linked?
