Chapter 28: The Rescue

General Summary

Azaramek, Chanatiel, and Haruu reach the captivity base where Muk'paal and Rez is being held deep within the jungle. The composure of the base strictly speaks to old ruins with broken walls and make-shift buildings, yet cleared enough to allow speeder and spaceship transportation. Defending the base seemed to be the army of old separatist droids lead by a single Farghul who took pleasure in interrogating both Muk'paal and Rez. As the battle started, the three attacked from the northern size to create a distraction, where Chanatiel used his new lightsaber to break the generator that operated the prison system. This allowed Rez and Muk'paal to break free, but were confronted by a droidoka that tried to hold them within the home. As they slipped through the windows to reach their other companions, the Farghul was able to reach his old ship and fly away. The battle could be concluded as a stalemate, with various wounds being delivered to both sides.   This leaves the others to head back to Farrfin where they hope to recuperate from their rescue mission, and also find work. As they reentered the city, Haruu and Chanatiel split off to take care of his wounds, while the others conducted their own business.
