If a creature chooses to attack the target of the spell, the warping instead causes the attack to miss if the attack is in the form of a second level spell or lower, or a non critical hit. This spell ends at the beginning of the targets next turn.
Any creature that benefits from this spell cast on them automatically fails at any teleportation spells.
