Elves are famous for their incredible lifespans. Elves mature at a similar rate to humans, typically reaching biological maturity by their 20th birthday. Culturally, however, elves are not considered adults until they have made a pilgrimage to their clan's ancestral temple, typically by their 100th birthday. Most elves live to be at least 850 years old, to an average of around 1,000 years old, and an upward limit of about 1,200 years old.

Though Elvish society puts great value into the rule of law, Elves themselves can be of any alignment.

Darkvision. Accustomed to the dark of the night sky, you have superior vision in dark and dim conditions. You can see in dim light within 60 feet of you as if it were bright light, and in darkness as if it were dim light. You can't discern color in darkness, only shades of gray. Nocturnal. You have advantage on saving throws against being charmed, and immunity to the Charmed condition at night. Magic cannot put you to sleep, and you cannot experience dreams or visions at night. Clan. Your upbringing and heritage grants you further abilities. Choose from the Nora Clan, the Suta Clan, or the Vema clan.

An elf's features are immediately recognizable. Magnificently tall and slender, elves have a deep grey skin and stark black hair. Their eyes are completely red, save for their pupils, which elves consider the marker of a “true” elf. Elves are some of the tallest people on Anthwahan, standing between six-and-a-half feet and seven-and-a-half feet tall, with some female elves reaching as tall as eight feet tall.
