T'ha have some control over lightning that enters their body. They can reduce up to 7 damage from electricity on any hit location. When lightning damage is resisted this way, the T'ha can use a reaction to redirect the resisted damage off to another target within 10m. A Combat Style roll is required to aim the redirected lightning. The new target takes an amount of damage equal to the resisted damage to a random hit location.
Reduce the penalty to the attack roll caused by high winds by two grades
