You may roll for your character's height and weight on the Random Height and Weight table. The roll in the Height Modifier column adds a number (in inches) to the character's base height. To get a weight, multiply the number you rolled for height by the roll in the Weight Modifier column and add the result (in pounds) to the base weight.

Age. Although elves reach physical maturity at about the same age as humans, the elven understanding of adulthood goes beyond physical growth to encompass worldly experience. An elf typically claims adulthood and an adult name around the age of 100 and can live to be 750 years old.   Size. Elves range from under 5 to over 6 feet tall and have slender builds. Your size is Medium.   Darkvision. Accustomed to twilit forests and the night sky, you have superior vision in dark and dim conditions. You can see in dim light within 60 feet of you as if it were bright light, and in darkness as if it were dim light. You can't discern color in darkness, only shades of gray.   Keen Senses. You have proficiency in the Perception skill.   Fey Ancestry. You have advantage on saving throws against being charmed, and magic can't put you to sleep.   Trance. Elves don't need to sleep. Instead, they meditate deeply, remaining semiconscious, for 4 hours a day. (The Common word for such meditation is "trance.") While meditating, you can dream after a fashion; such dreams are actually mental exercises that have become reflexive through years of practice. After resting in this way, you gain the same benefit that a human does from 8 hours of sleep. If you meditate during a long rest, you finish the rest after only 4 hours. You otherwise obey all the rules for a long rest; only the duration is changed.   Arctic Grace. Difficult terrain caused by deep snow or ice doesn't affect you. in addition, you have a climb speed equal to your movement when climbing ice.   Frost Blooded. You have resistance to cold damage, and you automatically succeed on checks to endure cold weather. if you have another feature that would give you cold resistance (For example; draconic sorcerer resistance) being a snow elf makes you immune.   Snow Elf Weapon Training. You have proficiency with Spears, Javelins, Pikes, Halberds, Glaives, Longbows and Shortbows.   Elven Woad. The elves of old cover themselves with magical paint that protects their warriors in battle. You have a natural AC of 13 + your Dexterity modifier
Snow elves reside in the northern most reaches of Alkolon. They are a Primal, near feral, people that isolate themselves away from the world in the great tundra. They are truly at one with the snow, using ivory and frost-bark to make their weapons tipped with magical ice that's hard as steel. They don't shy away from magic, but they choose to be more in harmony with their surroundings than to overpower or change them. When it comes to war, they are a ferocious lot. ambushing and setting on their enemies with ferocious bestial vigor; chanting and yipping war cries as they bite and rip through their enemies.    Snow elves are typically seen with white pale skin, but are known to have more pale human skin tones. They also have either silver, white, or blue hair. They are often seen as lithe and skinny, but well toned and fit. They also often adorn themselves in tattoos for one reason or another. be it to strike fear into the hearts of their enemies, or to honor the spirits they sacrifice to.
